I'm 21 and I'm in third year psychology at UNSW.
I've been sitting for the same two families in Camperdown since I was 17, which probably tells you more than anything else I could put in here. One has a boy who is 6 now and has ADHD. The other has twin girls who were 18 months when I started and are 4 now. So I've done the very loud end and the very tired end of this.
I'm calm when it gets loud. I don't panic at a tantrum and I don't bargain with one either, I just sit nearby and wait it out and then we get on with the evening.
I speak Arabic with my grandmother so I can manage a bit of that with kids, although I'll be honest, my reading is not great.
I'm on the 423 and the M30 so most of the Inner West is fine for me. I don't drive. I'll always message you the day before to confirm, I'm a bit annoying about that.
