A question about the site

How a page works, or whether anyone lists near you yet. Two questions already have a page of their own: What verified means covers what we check before a profile carries the badge, and Pricing covers why none of this costs anything.

A problem with your account

A sign-in code that will not arrive, an email you did not expect, a profile or job ad that will not save, a second account you did not mean to create. Tell us the email address the account uses. It is the only thing we need to find it. You can delete your account yourself from your settings, and if you never finished setting up — or would rather we did it — write to us.

A safety concern

Anything about a person on this site that worries you. Report it where it happened when you can: a public profile carries a report link at the foot of the page — no account needed — and a conversation has Report in its menu. Reports go into a queue that puts safety concerns first, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. A profile comes down while we look into a serious one. This address is for anything those two doors don’t fit.

If a child is at immediate risk, call 000. Neither this address nor the report form is an emergency service.
