I started babysitting when I was in my late teens and did it for a number of years before moving country to study. I then moved into support work with young people SEN and challenging behaviours. During this time I was studying to be a mental health nurse at university which has given me lots of experience supporting people with different needs.

I’m patient, caring and easygoing, and I love helping children feel comfortable and at ease. I’m happy to get involved with games and activities, help with routines, or wind things down for a relaxed evening and bedtime.

I understand that every child is different, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs and routines. I also know how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the person looking after their children.

I have First Aid and CPR training, a Police Clearance and a Working With Children Check, and I have my own car and insurance. I’d love to help families out with babysitting, whether it’s the occasional evening or something more regular!
