Hi families! I’m Elisha 😊 I’m a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator and currently work as a Toddler Room Leader in a long day care centre. I have 4 years of experience working in early childhood, with most of my experience being with children aged 1–6, as well as 1 year of part-time nannying experience and babysitting since I was 15.

I’m warm, caring and reliable, and my heart has always been with working with children. I love getting to know each child and following their individual interests, personality and needs. I especially enjoy play-based learning, sensory and messy play, outdoor play, exploring, reading, activities and getting out and about.

I’m confident with children’s daily routines, including meals, naps, toilet training, bath and bedtime routines. I also have experience with school pick-ups, driving children to activities and appointments, and taking children out for fun and engaging experiences. I’m also confident with looking after multiple children or taking siblings with me for pick-up/drop offs.

Earlier this year, I also had the opportunity to volunteer with children in Tanzania, supporting a local early learning centre, which was a really special experience for me. 🌍❤️

I’d love to find a family where I can become someone the children know, trust and feel comfortable with, while giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in safe, caring and experienced hands.
