Hi! I'm Tilly, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel confident. I currently work as a casual childcare educator, caring for children of different ages and supporting their development through play, daily routines, and positive relationships.

I also work as a soccer coach and swim educator, helping children build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy being active. These roles have strengthened my patience, communication, leadership, and ability to adapt to each child's individual needs.

I have previous experience as a nanny and understand the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and their families. I'm reliable, organised, and caring, and I love planning creative activities, spending time outdoors, reading stories, playing games, and helping with homework.
