💕 A Bit More About Me

Hi, I’m Bek! 👋🏼 I’m a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and experienced nanny with over 9 years of experience caring for children from newborns through to 13 years. 👶🏼💜 While I absolutely love working with children of all ages, I have a particular passion for newborns, infants and toddlers and supporting them through those precious early years. 🍼🌿

I’m naturally warm, calm, patient and nurturing, and I love creating a safe and happy environment where children feel comfortable, confident and free to be themselves. I enjoy everything from messy and sensory play 🎨, reading stories 📚, music and dancing 🎶, outdoor adventures 🌿 and imaginative play 🧸 to the simple everyday moments like cuddles, meals, naps and bedtime routines. 😴💕

I’m also currently completing my Master of Special and Inclusive Education at the University of Southern Queensland, which is helping me further develop my knowledge of inclusive practice and supporting children with different strengths, interests and needs. 🎓✨

I understand how important it is for parents to feel completely comfortable and confident when leaving their children with someone, so I pride myself on being reliable, communicative and respectful of each family's routines, values and parenting style. 🤍 I’m happy to follow your child's usual routines and preferences and will always keep you updated about how their day is going.
